2. Estimates & Diagnostic Proposals

Free diagnostic inspections and preliminary written estimates are provided based on visible and testable conditions at the time of inspection. Official project scopes and fixed linear-footage rates are finalized in our formal written contract before work commences.

3. Intellectual Property

All website copy, diagnostic guides, diagrams, and project photography are the exclusive property of Rose City Waterproofing and protected by Canadian copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% website accuracy, Rose City Waterproofing is not liable for typographical errors or interruptions in digital dispatch services. Emergency dispatch response times are subject to road conditions and active storm severity.
