“After the big storm last August, our South Windsor basement had 2 inches of water coming through the cove joint. Rose City installed an interior weeping tile system and dual sump pump with battery backup in two days. Completely dry through every heavy storm since!”

“Extremely professional and honest. Other contractors pushed for full yard excavation, but Rose City accurately identified that two major wall cracks and a failed check valve were the only issue. Saved us massive stress and the itemized written quote gave us complete peace of mind.”

“The crew was punctual, polite, and left our basement cleaner than they found it. The dual submersible pump system with battery inverter ran flawlessly through the last neighborhood power outage during heavy rain.”
